    limited parking
    disruptive light

I found the morning light quite disruptive due to the lack of proper curtains. While the food options were decent, I wish there had been a vegetarian breakfast option like veggie sausages. Lastly, I felt that parking could definitely be improved, as it was quite limited for the number of guests.

The place is appealing and gorgeous. Make sure to get twin room with the bedroom and a pleasantly forceful shower plus the nicest toiletries. The location is convenient and perfect, next visiting the area around Barton Broad & Horning. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The warm welcome with tea and cake upon arrival set a pleasant tone. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered an array of delicious options, including a fantastic full English and fresh fruit.

The breakfast was great, but the morning light was a bit brutal on sleep. Heaps of charm in the place, though!

    parking issues
    morning brightness

The parking situation was an absolute nightmare, with only three spots-unbelievable! It was so bright in the morning that i couldn't sleep. Aside from expecting a room upgrade, i almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't, given the total lack of consideration for guest comfort.

    homemade breakfast

    Couple with a quiet getaway

We were welcomed like family! The breakfast was full English or salmon with scrambled egg or omlette, you could taste the quality of the meat like it was from a top butcher, all fresh and local! Just unreal and the cake on arrival was a nice touch.

picturesque surroundings with easy access to top attractions

I enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay with my family, where the breakfasts were sensational with locally sourced delicious options, and we also found the lovely pub just a few steps away served great food. Nearby attractions like Alderfen Broad and BeWILDerwood provided perfect spots for walking and soaking in the beautiful countryside atmosphere.

    beautifully decorated room
    impeccably clean
    accommodating hosts
    lack of curtains

The Regency Guest House provides a comfortable and cute atmosphere. The hosts were accommodating, immediately offering hot drinks upon arrival and providing a tour of the hotel. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. Breakfast options were excellent, with a substantial full English and fresh fruit, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The local pub nearby served great food.

Early morning light affected sleep due to lack of curtains.
